Accessibility statement
Last updated:
testmail.app is committed to making our website and product accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. Our accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines help make websites easier to perceive, navigate and use.
Our approach
Our public-page improvements focus on semantic structure, clear labels and accessible names for controls, visible keyboard focus, readable color contrast, responsive layouts, and controls for moving content. We welcome accessibility issues reported by customers and use them to help prioritize improvements.
Conformance status
Our goal is to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the testmail.app website and product. Our initial review focuses on selected public pages and free tools. We have not completed a full accessibility assessment of testmail.app, including the signed-in application, and do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Known limitations include keyboard navigation in some article contents menus and controls for some moving content. Testing with screen readers and other assistive technologies, including third-party embedded content, is not yet complete. We are prioritizing improvements to our public pages.
Assessment approach
Our initial public-page review combines automated checks with manual browser checks, including keyboard focus and responsive layouts. These checks help us identify improvements but do not replace a full accessibility assessment.
Accessibility documentation
We can provide an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), based on the VPAT® template, to enterprise customers upon request.
